1. S. Clyde Weaver Meats
CELEBRATING 25 YEARS AT THE MARKET!
S. Clyde and Emma Weaver married in 1920, the same year they decided to, in their own words, “take the little they had and go to market.” A business was started at their home in East Petersburg, PA with each of them leaning on family traditions in preparing and selling food products.
Fresh meat was peddled to Lancaster City’s Northern Market and shortly thereafter bacon, dried beef, bologna and cheeses, such as Cheddar, were also introduced. Three-hundred-pound blocks of ice were used to store these food items safely in the house cellar.
As the business expanded and outgrew the home-front, a new facility was constructed along Main Street, south of East Petersburg. A smokehouse, refrigerated space, retail store, and, eventually, a bakery, made it possible for the S. Clyde Weaver business to grow their product lines substantially.
This store (now with café) on Main Street has been the “home base” for employees to take SCW products to markets locally and throughout the region. Today, the third and fourth generations of the Weaver family continue to lead the tradition of taking what we have and going to market, placing an emphasis on quality and personal caring service.

3. SweeTreats Bakery
SweeTreats Bakery offers a selection of gourmet pies, award-winning cakes, assorted pastries, cupcakes, seasonal specials and regional favorites like Shoofly pie. Everything is made from scratch and baked on-site. For special events and catering orders, our expanded menu includes Wedding cakes, cookies, brownies, edible favors, scones, muffins and more.

Our love of our dogs and ALL dogs sparked our desire to create and make from scratch healthy, delicious treats for our dogs and yours.
Doggie Delights Bakery & Boutique occupies the first floor, southwest corner of the West Shore Farmers Market in the small town of Lemoyne, Pennsylvania. We have been in business since 2004 and our list of devoted and satisfied customers continues to grow and grow. Each and every week we hear the words “thanks a lot… now our dogs won’t eat any other treats!” or “what do you put in those? My dogs go nuts for them!” The answer is simple. Our treats are baked with Love using only the freshest, natural, wholesome ingredients.
We mix the dough by hand, roll it out and cut out each and every treat BY HAND, the old-fashioned way. We bake in SMALL Batches, to guarantee freshness. That’s why doggies LOVE ‘EM!

12. W.L. Kepler Seafood
Kepler's Seafood is a third-generation business that began with Lee Smith in 1934 at the Chestnut Street Market. The business moved to its current location in 1958 shortly after the West Shore Farmers Market opened. William Kepler acquired the business in 1968 and operated it until 1994. Since 1994 his son, Lloyd, has run the business and continues the family tradition of quality service along with a quality product.
We have the area's largest selection of fresh fish including but not limited to Wild and Organic Farmed Salmon, Cod, Organic Farmed Steelhead Trout, Haddock, Tuna, Trout, Arctic Char, Chesapeake Blue, Sea Trout, Triggerfish, Hake and Catfish. We also carry mussels, clams, oysters, calamari and raw and cooked wild caught gulf shrimp. Frozen items include lobster tails, escargot, breaded oysters, breaded shrimp, breaded clam strips, smoked trout and salmon burgers made from wild salmon. Also available are fresh soups, take and bake fish entrees, tuna salad made from fresh tuna - not canned, seafood salad, seaweed salad and crab cakes. Seasonal items include soft shell crabs, hard shell crabs, walleye, boned shad and roe.
If there is something you want, but don't see here, give us a call to see if it is an item that we can special order for you. Orders placed by 3 o'clock on a Tuesday, can be picked up on Friday or Saturday of the same week pending availability.
